• Maya Sutowo
  Founder, design lead
  Maya leads design across every project. Nine years of editorial design across print and web. Previously at Tempo Magazine, ID Magazine, and an independent print-on-demand zine project. Reading list usually contains a Charlotte Perriand monograph and the latest Domus.
• Bramantyo Wirawan
  Engineering lead
  Bram leads engineering and operates everything we host. Six years of production React, four of TypeScript-everywhere, and a stubborn affection for Postgres. Previously engineering lead at Mekari, before that an early engineer at Kata.ai.
• Cynthia Halim
  Project lead
  Cynthia keeps the projects running on time. Five years in client services after a degree in architecture that she swears she'll go back to one day. Manages the weekly check-ins and the monthly retro.
• Reza Tan
  Brand director
  Reza shapes brand identity and typography systems. Co-authored the Bob Type Library. Previously at Petra Studio in Bandung.
• Dewi Setiawan
  Senior designer
  Dewi focuses on hospitality and food brands. Joined us in 2024 after three years at Petra. The reason all our coffee shop sites look this good.
• Arif Pratama
  Senior engineer
  Arif builds the CMSes nobody complains about. Open-source maintainer of Drizzle Studio. Joined us in 2023.
• Laras Wijaya
  Motion designer
  Laras handles motion and interaction across every project. Five years at JOIN Studio before us. Will fight you about easing curves.
• Yusuf Hadi
  Editorial director
  Yusuf edits everything that ships with words on it. Former editor at Bisnis Indonesia and an essayist on the side.
